She's Coming On Strong

Mark the calendar!!!! Vickie ran 5k today!!!!!! I think she still hates it. We have both had colds so neither of us have felt like running. It does clear the sinuses.

And talk about clearing the sinuses, I've had a cold too and on my long run on Saturday I think I left more phlegm along the road than is legal...
